Vol 9 Idle talk 2

Tale of a certain creature living in another world

Warning: Depictions of cruelty and disgust.

Those who are weak to those, please be advised.

I wonder when it was that my mind became clear.

Would that be after I killed many living beings?

I couldn’t sleep because my body hurt after it went dark.

And when it went bright, I learned that my mind was clear.

Since then, I came to think about all sorts of things.

Since then I’ve worked hard in all sorts of things.

So that I wouldn’t starve.

So that my comrades wouldn’t die.

So that our herd would become bigger.

Beside me, comrades cried “Fugoo”

Though the same figure, two of them were slightly smaller and weaker than me.

But my comrades with similar figures were much weaker.

Me and these two were the center of this herd.

In this herd there are many of those with different figure than me.

When we killed and ate them, it reached a point where they brought food to us before we knew it.

It was convenient, so I let them in the same herd.

They were weak, but they multiply quickly so it was convenient.

After discovering this place where there’s water instead of forest, those guys multiplied even more.

When we ran out of things to eat, they seem to eat their similarly figured comrades.

What uncivilized fellows.

  □ □ ■ ■ □ ■ ■ □ □

On a certain day, we discovered those with different figures than us.

With strange fur and a weapon more amazing than wood, they came attacking us.

We killed them.

They were delicious.

I gave the weapons to the two who were similarly figured but weaker than me.

My weapon are these fists.

There is even wood if necessary.

If it’s to protect my herd, and the children, I will kill everyone.

I knew since the time I was born.

In this forest, you will die if you are weak.

My herd turned big, so gathering food was difficult.

The two who I’ve given the weapons, had been searching various places for us.

They are wise too, so this herd will be safe is they and I are here.

Some time ago, one of them discovered a road.

I knew about that.

At the end of the road are the dwellings of our prey.

I let him take some of our comrades, those with the same figures as us as well as those with different figures, and go there.

I let the other one go to the other direction.

Once they come back, this herd wouldn’t have to be made smaller even if it were to turn cold.

I’m looking forward to it.

  □ □ ■ ■ □ ■ ■ □ □

They haven’t come back.

Those guys haven’t come back.

Did they die?

Are there beings stronger than them beside me?

It’s inevitable.

In this forest, you will die if you are weak.

  □ □ ■ ■ □ ■ ■ □ □

When I went to sleep, it became warm.

I knew about this.

This is fire.

“Get outside!” I shouted.

Those similarly shaped as me came out.

I then heard “Fugoo” and “Gugyagugya” from outside.

It’s the enemy.

The two who were similar in shape as me but weaker aren’t here.

I have to protect our herd.

I have to protect the children.

  □ □ ■ ■ □ ■ ■ □ □

I went outside.

My similarly shaped comrades and differently shaped herd of fellows were dying.

There were many of those with strong weapons and strange fur that I’ve seen before.

I knew about them.

The one from before was weak.

There are many of them, but I will be able to kill them.

While I was thinking so, my similarly shaped comrades and differently shaped herd of fellows were dying.

I shouted.

With fury.

How dare you, how dare you do this to my comrades.

One of the guys with strange fur headed to me.

So you are my first opponent.

I held aloft a tree.

I swung down the tree.

I swung down and yet, there was no tree.

No, my arm isn’t here.

I shouted.

With frustration.

Can’t I protect my herd?

Can’t I protect the children?

Will I die here?

Am I weak?

The one who headed to me swung his arm.

I collapsed.

I lost my feet.

I had no arms.

I had no feet either.

I merely looked how my comrades were killed.

I merely looked how our children were killed.

I’m sorry.

Because I couldn’t protect you.

I’m sorry.

Because I was weak.

I shouted.

With desire.

Run away.

Run, and live please.

  □ □ ■ ■ □ ■ ■ □ □

When I recovered my consciousness, it had become quiet.

I don’t want to think why.

The one who headed for me stood in front of me who was unable to move.

Kill me.

In this forest, you will die if you are weak.

I could not protect my herd.

I could not protect my children.

A strong killing the weak is natural.

I was weak.

You were strong.

Being killed by the strong is inevitable.

And besides, one of the similarly shaped but weaker than me and some comrades are still in the forest.

Please live.

This is as far as I will go.

Oh, strong one who defeated me.

I will be killed by you.

Please be proud of having killed me.

Please be proud of being stronger than me in this forest.

A different one came beside the strong one who defeated me.

He and the strong one were talking.

Then the other one nodded.

Don’t tell me.

Wasn’t I, wasn’t I to be killed by the strong one who defeated me?

Who is that person?

Is he stronger than me?

In this forest, you will die if you are weak.

Are you stronger than me?

No I don’t want this.

At least I wanted to be killed by the strong.

I know.

It’s because I was weak.

Oh, my herd.

Oh, our children.

Oh, similarly shaped one who is weaker than me.

Please live on.

Those who were outside were all males, but it will be fine.

If they abduct females, then we will once again multiply.

Live on.

Abduct, violate and impregnate.

Create a herd again please.

The pointed spear pierced my chest.

At the very least I would’ve wanted to be killed by a strong one.

Oh, you who killed me.

At the very least, please become strong. Please be proud of the fact that you have killed us in this forest.

My herd.

Our children.

I’m sorry.

I was weak.

I’m sorry.

All we were able to do was copulate with females of similar figures.

I’m sorry…

I would really like to copulate with a female of different figure next time…

I would’ve wanted to abduct them… violate them…

… and impregnate them…

A.N. I wanted to try writing it a bit, so…
